Yoga is the union of the mind, body and spirit. The yoga that we practice at Rays Tae Kwon Do Center is a combination of different styles (Hatha Yoga & Iyengar Yoga).  It is a gentle, athletic yoga designed to give you a challenging full body workout, while at the same time bringing inner peace and well being into your life.  Increased strength, concentration, flexibility, balance, improved circulation and weight loss are just a few benefits of consistent practice. Our classes are designed for every level of ability, age, and physical condition.

Our yoga classes meet on:

 

Tuesdays 7:30-8:45pm
Wednesday 7:30-8:45pm (Pilates & Yoga mix)
Thursday 7:30-8:45pm

 

What to bring:

a towel, water, and a yoga mat 

Rates:

your first class is free
           
We use a punch card system. The prices are as follows:

Pay by the class is $15.00  
Card with 4 classes  $45.00 ($11.25 per class)
Card with 8 classes $80.00 ($10.00 per class)
Card with 12 classes $100.00 ($   8.33 per class)
