Cardio-Kickboxing could be the answer!

 

 Cardio-Kickboxing classes focus on giving an excellent exercise without all the formalities that go along with traditional Taekwondo training. Learn practical self-defense without having to memorize forms and complicated movements. Classes are easy and fun. This class is great for losing weight and getting in shape. Burn up to 800 calories a workout. Lose fat and have a blast. Classes are only for adults ages 13 and up. Each class is one hour long. No special uniform is necessary.  Classes are being offered Tuesdays and Thursday nights from 8:45 - 9:45 pm.  We have also added an earlier class on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm.  Your first class is only $5.00. Please stop by, call or email us if you are interested.
