Pilates
Pilates is a holistic approach in maintaining and achieving physical fitness. Our goal at
Ray’s tae Kwon Do Center is to offer a program that promotes fitness. The pilates method
of exercising improves posture, creates stronger and more flexible muscles and increases energy
levels and your ability to cope with day-to-day stress. Pilates will add to your enjoyment
of life and assist you in reaching your fitness potential. Our classes are suitable for all
ages and levels of fitness.
Our Pilates classes meet:

What to bring:
a towel, a small pillow, and a yoga mat. Dress in comfortable exercise attire
We use a punch card system. The prices are as follows:
