Cardio-Kickboxing
These classes are for adults only ages 13 and up. The classes are one hour long. No special uniform is necessary. These classes will focus on giving an excellent exercise without all the formalities that go along with traditional training. Learn practical self defense without having to memorize forms and complicated movements. Classes are easy, fun and fast pace. This class is great for loosing weight and getting in shape
